Terms of service

Clear terms for controlled automation.

These terms explain the contract between your organization and Bizlution AB when you use To200.

Effective July 25, 2026

1. Scope & eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of To200. By creating an account, starting a paid subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

To200 is intended for businesses, independent professionals, and people acting in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organization whose repositories, systems, or payment method you connect.

2. The service

To200 helps teams move from an observed production error to a reviewable repair. Depending on your configuration, it may collect monitoring events, create tasks, inspect connected repository and runtime context, write a branch-only change, run available checks, and open a pull request with verification evidence.

Manual, Assisted, Auto-PR, and Autopilot settings change which stages can advance without another approval. They do not override your repository rules, third-party permissions, credit balance, or safety controls.

3. Accounts & integrations

  • Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
  • Protect account credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Connect only repositories, projects, logs, databases, and third-party accounts that you are authorized to access.
  • Review the permissions shown by GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Slack, Stripe, or another connected provider before authorizing it.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider’s own terms. You can revoke an integration through To200 or the provider, but doing so may stop related repairs or monitoring.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of source code, logs, prompts, monitoring events, database metadata, and other material you submit or connect (“Customer Content”). You grant Bizlution AB the limited right to host, copy, analyze, transform, and transmit Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all required permissions for Customer Content. Do not send secrets, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, lawful, and covered by an agreement with us.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

5. Automated output & human review

Generated diagnoses, patches, tests, and verification results can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing changes before they reach production and for choosing an autonomy level appropriate to your systems.

A green check or successful replay is evidence about the checks that ran, not a guarantee that every defect, security issue, or side effect has been found. Do not use To200 as the sole control for safety-critical, life-critical, or legally regulated decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • access or change systems, repositories, or data without authorization;
  • develop, deliver, or conceal malware, credential theft, exploitation, or destructive code;
  • bypass usage limits, credit controls, security measures, or third-party restrictions;
  • interfere with the service or place unreasonable load on it;
  • violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual duties; or
  • misrepresent automated output as verified when the recorded checks do not support that claim.

7. Plans, credits & billing

Current plans, included credits, autonomy levels, repository limits, and top-up prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude applicable VAT or other taxes unless the checkout says otherwise.

  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled.
  • Monthly plan credits refresh on each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits roll over.
  • Usage varies with repository size, analysis depth, checks, retries, and repair complexity. Repair ranges on the Pricing page are estimates, not guarantees.
  • You can cancel renewal through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We may suspend paid features if a payment fails after reasonable notice.

8. Ownership

Bizlution AB and its licensors own To200, including its software, design, documentation, and brand. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. They do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

Subject to third-party and open-source licenses, you own repair branches, patches, and other output created specifically from your Customer Content. Feedback you choose to provide may be used without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

9. Security & confidentiality

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service, including scoped integrations, server-side secret storage, tenant controls, branch-based changes, and audit records. Read the current Security model and Trust center.

Each party will protect the other party’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. This duty does not cover information that was already lawfully known, becomes public without breach, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.

10. Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, and evolving model behavior can interrupt it. Current runtime readiness appears on the Status page.

We may change or discontinue features when needed for security, law, provider changes, or product development. If a material change substantially reduces a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice when practicable.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Free plan at any time and cancel a paid renewal through the customer portal. You can also revoke connected integrations directly with their provider.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address a security risk, enforce these Terms, respond to law, or handle overdue payment. We will give notice when the circumstances permit. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, Bizlution AB disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Bizlution AB’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees your organization paid for To200 during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability caused by fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.

14. Governing law, changes & contact

Swedish law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
